Cruising in the Maldives is an experience
that you will never forget. Thousands
of tiny island atolls, crystal clear
waters with abundant tropical fish swimming
amongst coral reefs, moonlit skies,
mingle with real local in their fishing
villages will enrich your holiday.
Most cruises use “Cruise Dhonis”,
which are traditional fishing boats
custom designed with all mod cons to
cater for the most fussy traveler. The
traditional Dhonis are designed to gain
you access to the shallow waters that
surround the islands yet able to sail
the seas that surround the Maldives.
Our package will only use Maldives Government
approved boats. These boats are fully
equipped with safety and communications
equipment.

| The following is
only a suggested program. It may
be adjusted according to the wishes
of any particular group.
A competent tour guide or the captain
will assist in making new itineraries.
Day 1
Welcome on board yacht "dhoni"
at the Airport or at Male', the
capital. Sail to "Waagali"
island (uninhabited) or to a resort
island. Lunch aboard. Swimming/snorkeling.
Night at anchorage.
Day 2
Breakfast. Departure to Felidu Atoll
(4-5 hrs). Lunch on the way. Visit
a fishing village, "Fulidhoo"
or "Felidhoo". Walk through
the island, meet the local people,
observe their crafts like boat building,
etc. and their lifestyle. Night
at lagoon.
Day 3
Breakfast. Departure to a beautiful
uninhabited island, "Vashugiri"
or "Fohtheyo" or "Ambara".
Relax on the beach. Snorkeling/swimming.
Beach barbecue if there is a good
catch and weather permits. Night
at anchorage or camped on the beach.
Day 4
Day at leisure - Early morning fishing,
swimming/snorkelling or just relaxing
on the beach. Visit a resort.
Day 5
After breakfast sail to another
inhabited island, "Felidhoo"
or "Keyodhoo". Meet the
islanders.
Night at anchorage. Local traditional
entertainment of "Bodu Beru"
on the island. ("Bodu Beru"
means Big Drum where a group sits
around and sings to a rhythmical
beat of drums till it reaches a
crescendo and stops abruptly.)
Day 6
Breakfast. Depart to the Airport.
